Last Sunday, Brandt competed in a kids triathlon at the YMCA. He was apprehensive going into it, but once he got going, he had a great time. They did a staggered start, so there were no places, but Brandt did exceptional, and was quite the competitor. It was a good experience for him, and he plans to do the one in August as well. Holden wishes he could have taken part, but he is not quite old enough yet. Next summer will be his first chance.
